Project |01 Writing Style
This project is currently something I am working on . The plan is to create a process in writing that gives management and HR staff the information needed to roll out the new drug testing and background check process for seasonal staff.
Project |02 Lesson Plan
The work represented here is from an Adult Education class where we were assigned in creating lesson plans with working with adult learners from varying educational backgrounds. The lesson plans I created are geared toward at risk youth entering the workforce. This work shows my abilities of social interaction and effective citizenship.
Project |03 Orientation
Shown here is work that I created at a prior employer. I used the documents to better communicate with current or new staff during on-boarding and open enrollment period. With my added documents the result were a reduction in miscommunication and delayed start dates. My abilities here are problem solving and valuing in decision making.
